At RoadForge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition,with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or installed items
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Request a Return Contact us at roadforge@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Contact us at gurnaz_gill@outlook.com if 15+ business days have passed.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
